Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is a 1998 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani under Pooja Entertainment. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in dual roles, alongside Raveena Tandon, Ramya Krishnan, Anupam Kher, Paresh Rawal, Sharat Saxena, and Satish Kaushik. It was the first Hindi film to be shot in the Ramoji Film City and was inspired by The Comedy of Errors and the 1995 American film Bad Boys.

Plot Summary:
The story revolves around two honest police inspectors, Arjun Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) and Pyare Mohan (Govinda), who work together in Mumbai. Their lives take a chaotic turn when two petty thieves, Bade Miyan and Chote Miyan (also played by Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda), who are their exact look-alikes, arrive in town. The thieves commit a series of crimes, leading to confusion and the police officers being blamed for the misdeeds. The situation escalates when a smuggler named Zorawar kidnaps Arjun's sister, Seema. Eventually, the real culprits are apprehended, and the misunderstandings are cleared.
